For one of our customers based in the Southern region of Antwerp, we are currently looking for a HR Business PartnerAs HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:- You are the main point of contact for business leaders and employees within your scope and act as a real Business Partner throughout the employee life-cycle (on/off boarding, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR administration, leadership coaching, social relations, employee engagement...)- You implement and lead change management activities and work on organization structure- You act as strategic partner in a changing environment and support executives and employees for all HR related questions in collaboration with Centers of Excellence and Shared Service Centers- You are in charge of social relations within your scope and are the contact person for works council and unions- You liaise with regional HR Business Partners sharing local best practices ensuring the smooth implementation and execution of the Group strategyInternational environment|Based in the South of AntwerpThe ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience- You show more than 7 years of experience in a generalist HR role as HR Business Partner or HR Manager (soft and hard HR)- You can work autonomously in a matrix and international organization- You have a very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation combined to a proven experience discussing with staff delegation / unions- You are fluent in Dutch and English both oral and written.
