As a Business Intelligence & Analytics Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights to support our business domains. You'll work closely with cross-functional squad teams to analyze business requirements, identify relevant data sources, and develop powerful visualizations that drive informed decision-making.Tasks
- Assess business reporting needs for assigned departments.
- Analyze data availability and plan reporting implementation.
- Collaborate to develop accurate and user-friendly data products.
- Create visually compelling data representations in Tableau.
- Train end users on tool implementation and data interpretation.
- Demonstrate best practices through complete dashboard implementations.
- Continuously optimize reporting tools to meet evolving business needs.
- Facilitate determination and development of relevant KPIs for optimization.
- Develop detailed specifications and documentation for tool delivery.
- Optionally contribute to Tableau technical administration.
- Stay updated on industry trends for enhanced service credibility.
- Master diploma in IT, applied economics (or other business oriented degree) or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- You need to be proficient in both Dutch and English language
- Experience working with Data Visualization tools esp. Tableau.
- Experience in gathering and translating end-user requirements into effective & efficient dashboards.

- Project experience in a cloud-based environment, Google Cloud Platform, is a plus
- Strong communicative skills (both oral and written) and ability to adapt his/her style depending on the situation
