As a Technical Warehouse Operator, you are responsible for the administrative and physical management of parts and materials under the control of the technical warehouse.Job ResponsibilitiesFinal Responsibilities
Ensuring stock is always up-to-date and stored according to applicable agreements
Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in storage areas
Ensuring optimal usability of stored parts and materials for end users according to established agreements
Other responsibilities
Receiving and storing delivered parts and materials
Creating and modifying C- and S-numbers in the SAP system to enable proper management and tracking. Also ensures that the naming standard for S-numbers is consistently followed
Issuing parts and materials upon request from the team leader or planner for scheduled work, based on reservations in SAP or internal order forms for production departments
Complying with internal procedures (such as safety, environmental, and quality standards)
Performing or following up on safety and quality inspections of parts and materials upon receipt
Receiving and stocking delivered parts and materials
Assisting technicians in finding the correct parts when needed
Creating and modifying C- and S-numbers in the SAP system to enable proper management
Performing/following up on the annual inventory count of all parts and materials according to applicable procedures
Preparing parts and materials for scheduled work as indicated by the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Team Leader
Reporting to the team leader when team members lack sufficient knowledge to search for or issue parts or materials
Coordinating with the Maintenance Planner, Team Leader, and Support Officer to ensure smooth execution of work
Evaluation
Evaluation is measured through the number of stock corrections, the percentage of counted parts on a yearly basis, 5S score in storage rooms and users' satisfaction of parts and materials under management
Wat wij van jou vragen:
An electromechanical or similar education of the level A2 or higher
The ability to organise and plan their own work activities
Technical and managerial understanding in parts and materials
Good communication skills in English and Dutch, both verbal and written
IT-savvy, knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, flexible, results-oriented, assertive, organized and a team-player
With basic knowledge of
Technical parts within the work domain
Mechanical or electrical insight/certification at the level required by the work packages
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest state-of-the-art technologies and standards available on the market
General standards and procedures
IT tools supporting the tasks
And the ability to
Control and correct issues that are not immediatly visible within current systems or processes
Explain facts, practices and management to others within the organisation
