Sweet Bakery category. To realize this goal, LLBG is looking for an enthusiast and self-driven International Marketing Specialist Sweet Bakery. This role will be responsible for executing & supporting LLBG's short- and midterm Sweet Bakery strategy. All of this with the objective of maximizing country, channel, and customer value creation next to consumer appeal, and thereby driving sustainable top and bottom-line growth for LLBG.The International Marketing Specialist Sweet Bakery will report into the International Product & Brand Manager Sweet Bakery and be part of the International Marketing team within Business Unit Frozen.Your Role:Support end-to-end product management:Execute Go-To-Market strategy to fuel Sweet Bakery category growth across markets:
  • Design effective GTM toolkits embedding the innovations into our overall GTM strategy; focus on trade materials as well as POS materials for key market channels
  • Set-up clear briefings to external agencies
  • Coordinate photoshoots with external & internal stakeholders
  • Support our International Key Account team with value-creating concepts and marketing materials
  • Connect with key stakeholders (NPD, purchase, specifications, masterdata …) to gather all necessary info for product launches
Guide international cut the tail process:
  • Connect with key stakeholders (supply chain management, international and local marketing & sales teams, controlling, customer service…) to
  • Define & guide the SKUs, that are no longer of commercial interest to the business, to the exit
  • Serve as a SPOC for all questions, concerns & aspirations
  • Define, coordinate, and continuously improve the process
Contribute to build our international Panesco & DonutWorryBeHappy B2C & B2B Brand:
  • Assist in coordinating overall Panesco & DWBH Brand for LLBG Frozen INT
  • Lead brand toolkit updates
  • Lead the end-to-end process behind our La Lorraine trade catalogue
  • Coordinate photoshoots with external & internal stakeholders
  • Translate the B2B2C communication strategy into a supportive B2B2C communication plan
Your Profile:Background:
  • Master's degree, preferably in marketing, economics, management…
  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial roles; sales, trade/product marketing, category management…
  • Job experience in global headquarters or an international hub is an asset
Critical Soft Skills:

  • Entrepreneurial & hands-on, able to impact and push projects forward in an inclusive way

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) is a must, other languages are a plus
  • Experience in product lifecycle management is an advantage
Location:
  • Headquarter is in Haaltert, Belgium (between Brussels & Ghent, nearby E40 highway and 5' walk to train station)
  • Traveling in Europe; 10-25% of the time is expected
