As a Swapper your job is to drive around by van, car or bike delivering bikes to our customers and helping them repair their bike on-site;
Working in our Swapfiets Store assisting customers that come in for collections, drop-offs and with questions;
Providing excellent service to our customers;
Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes;
Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes;
Drive basket value by offering additional products that are desired by our members;
Work for 24 hours to 40 hours a week as part of a young and dynamic team of Swappers.
Your profile:
In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months);
Affinity with bikes and service;
Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
You live in or near the city.
