- Function as a link between the different departments (legal, financial, logistics ...) and the ICT department.
- Analyze business processes through communication with users.
- Optimizing and outlining automated processes.
- Apply appropriate analysis techniques according to user needs.
- Translate user needs into a clear ICT project.
- Informing other team members (Developers, Architects) about the business concepts.
- Delivery of project related documentation according to the methodology used.
- Testing the functionalities during the implementation process.
- Support and train the users after implementation.
