Lead commercial management for main construction and MEP contracts
Manage quantity surveying functions and cost planning activities
Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with terms
Handle variation management, claims assessment, and change control
Conduct monthly valuations and progress certifications
Negotiate commercial settlements and resolve disputes
Support procurement activities and tender evaluations
Manage subcontractor commercial relationships and payments
Prepare commercial reports and cash flow forecasts
Lead final account negotiations and contract close-out
Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout project phases
:
8+ years quantity surveying/commercial management in major construction
Chartered RICS status or equivalent professional qualification
Proven experience with large-scale construction projects (€100M+)
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, JCT)
Experience with data center or mission-critical infrastructure preferred
Advanced cost management and commercial acumen
Dispute resolution and claims management experience
Data center construction knowledge and MEP systems understanding
Proficiency in commercial software (CostX, Candy, Excel)
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent English; local language skills advantageous
Client-facing experience with major contractors and consultants
