We're looking for a Backend Software Engineer to help drive our growth and uphold our high product standards. You'll play a key role in building best-in-class solutions that outperform anything currently on the market.You'll be focused on back-end development of our recruitment platform, working mainly with Typescript, Next.js and Node.js.
You'll work on core product features and Backend code improvements, ensuring all systems can support the growth of our customer base.
Take part in product refinement, brainstorming, prioritization sessions and impact both WHAT and HOW we build.

Passion for solving complex technical challenges and designing scalable software solutions. You understand technical tradeoffs and make pragmatic decisions.
Experience building AI-driven applications (e.g. prompt engineering and/or fine-tuning experience are a plus).
