We’re looking for a Quality Control Specialist with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that vehicle data is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently – helping us deliver high-quality auction experiences to our customers. You’ll be part of a dynamic team where your contributions directly impact operational excellence and customer satisfaction.What will you do?
- Create vehicle entries in the Back Office or Vehicle management system (VMS).
- Review and enhance incoming and outgoing vehicle descriptions.
- Process lists of cars promptly for auction inclusion.
- Support ongoing initiatives to improve data quality.
- Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have experience in the automotive industry or a strong interest in cars.
- You’re proactive, results-driven, and have a keen eye for detail.
- You able to work independently after training and take ownership of your tasks.
- You’re comfortable with MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- You are fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form. Knowledge of French, Dutch, German, or Italian is a bonus.
- You live near our office in Tienen (Belgium) and are comfortable working in a hybrid setup (minimum 3 days/week in the office).
