You can read all about it in . Exciting times ahead! Do you want to be part of the scaling journey of Peripass?As our Finance & Operations Director, you'll lead our organization to new heights! You'll streamline processes, implement best practices, and ensure seamless coordination between various departments to drive growth and achieve organizational objectives. In general, you oversee all cross-team operations that support and drive the implementation of the Peripass business strategy and objectives. You manage these activities and processes actively so they run as efficiently as possible.The main topics under your responsibility are: Finance & Accounting: you are the end responsible for the Finance and Accounting operations. You ensure that your internal team and service providers run all the company’s accounting, social, administrative, and financial processes.Business Process Management: you work across departments to align teams and to improve and streamline existing processes.
As a continuous improver, you identify waste and implement efficiency savings. New cross-team projects will fall under your responsibility.
You introduce and implement the necessary controlling tasks based on continuous learnings, general best practices and external audit recommendations. You indicate risks and suggest solutions towards the CEO, CFO and leadership team.
Business Process Automation: you are the end responsible for all cross-team business applications, you manage the application portfolio as a profit center (automation, efficiency) and cost center (budget ownership). You evaluate and define new initiatives on their ROI.Hardware Procurement: your team is in contact with the suppliers and is responsible for placing hardware orders for clients.Business Insights and Reporting: with your team, you own the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial, sales & board reporting and leadership dashboards. Logically, you ensure that the creation of the reports and dashboards is as automated as possible.Leadership: as part of the Leadership team, you join our leadership meetings, you create a vision and strategy for your department and you support decision-making by providing data analyses. You play an active role in the periodic financial planning (budget), forecasting cycles and funding rounds.You invest in good relationships with the different stakeholders in the company to ensure buy-in and alignment on the above responsibilities.What we offer:

You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
You have proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within SaaS and have demonstrated success in process improvement and change management.
You are a strong leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
You are passionate, curious, and enthusiastic by nature.
You can prioritize with laser focus in the organized chaos that is a scale-up.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external partners effectively
You have a strong mastery of English (spoken and written).
You can join us at the Peripass HQ in Gent for at least 3 days a week because especially in your position and in our growth phase, that’s where the magic happens.
