To help drive the success of this strategic phase, we’re looking for a skilled Project Manager / Business Analyst who can operate with precision, clarity, and agility.This is a 6-month freelance assignment starting in August or September 2025, with the possibility of extension based on project progress and business needs.You will be working closely with senior regional leadership and collaborating across international teams to turn complex business inputs into clear, presentable outputs that support key decision-making.What You’ll Do:Translate incoming requests into structured internal actions and documentationGather and analyze data from various internal systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)Create high-quality summaries and PowerPoint presentations for external useCoordinate with cross-functional teams across Europe, America, and AsiaEnsure alignment and consistency across regional contributionsReport progress and proactively flag potential bottlenecksWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in project management and business analysisStrong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsAbility to navigate enterprise systems (SAP, Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com)Excellent written and spoken EnglishA structured communicator who can clarify ambiguity and drive resultsAvailable to work at least 2 days/week onsite within commuting distance of Antwerp and BrusselsExperience working in cross-regional teamsFamiliarity with due diligence, M&A, or business transformation projectsBackground in structured reporting or business excellence is a plusHow to Apply: Interested in joining us?
