The Opportunity:CACI is looking for a Senior Configuration Manager, to support ourNATO Allied Special Operations Forces Command (SOFCOM) customer in Mons, Belgium. This position is contingent upon award of a pending contract. This position is located OCONUS.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements, and integrates software solutions on multiple platforms and on classified and unclassified networks and systems, including communications systemsUses best practices (e.g., Agile) and DevSecOps tools (e.g., Jira, Cameo, Git) to develop, research, test, enhance, debug, implement, and integrate software solutions IAW user stories and requirements documentsAnalyzes, designs, implements, tests, or evaluates software solutions and architecture models using modeling methodologies to conduct technical assessments and make recommendations that inform key technical decisionsUses software development platforms in the USAREUR-AF and MP IT portfolios to develop and sustain software and applicationsCollaborates with USAREUR-AF and MPs to capture, analyze, and verify requirements and assists with the transition to automated toolsConducts testing of platforms, systems, and interfaces and submits release packages with service validation and test results to the GovernmentSupports maturation and facilitation of software integration analysis and reportingProvides engineering expertise for migration and transition of systems, including from on-premises solutions to cloud-based solutions, and end-of-life replacement supportProvides technical solutions to complex problems, including troubleshooting to resolve software-related incidents and problems and improve performance and reliabilityDevelops and authors policies, procedures, guidelines, TTPs, application documentation, and deliverables, such as source code and software development products (DEL 13), in accordance with DoD guidelines, DISA STIGs, and IEEE 12207Mentors software engineers and developersPossesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignmentsEstablishes goals and plans that meet project objectivesPossesses domain and expert technical knowledgeMay supervise othersQualifications:Required:Experience 10+ years with a BA/BS in related field preferred or equivalent experience considered.Possess a Secret clearance with the ability to retainPossesses extensive experience in software engineering across multiple platforms and network environments.Demonstrates mastery of Agile methodologies, DevSecOps tools, and software development best practices.Exhibits strong analytical skills for designing, implementing, and evaluating complex software solutions and architecture models.Excels in collaborating with stakeholders to capture requirements and transition to automated tools.Shows proficiency in troubleshooting, resolving software incidents, and improving system performance.Demonstrates expertise in cloud migration, system integration, and adherence to guidelines and security standards.Possesses extensive experience in software engineering across multiple platforms and network environments.Certification – CCSPDesired:Experience in supporting the SOFCOM Mission Partner (MP).Experience managing complex IT and communication system projects.-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
