PurposeThe EH&S Senior Manager - EMEA is responsible for driving the safety measures as required to ensure compliance requirements. The role will Lead EH&S for our businesses in EMEA. This role will assist the EH&S team in building and implementing an EH&S Management System which will include procedures, training programs and audits.Responsibilities
Ability to develop compliance-based EH&S programs for various teams and locations.
Assist OneSource and Customer Enablement with new contracts in regards to EH&S needs.
Serve as the Workstream Leader on all new implementations that impact EMEA.
Maintain relationships with customers to provide our employees what is needed based on compliance and customer requirements.
Ability to train team members on EH&S programs including how to be accountable for their own safety.
Assist the company as a member of the Corporate EHS team in developing our new EH&S Management System.
Assist in Training package and Auditing Form development.
Address time-sensitive matters concerning on-site employee visits in the EMEA region, including training requirements, non-compliance concerns, and performance issues, by effectively coordinating with both the customer and the service engineer. Assist Legal for review and signature on customer Terms and Conditions in regards to EH&S.
Lead EH&S by being involved in day to day employee activities and supporting the EMEA leadership team.
Systems Utilized: SAP, MTL, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and cloud based EH&S platforms systems.
Basic Qualifications
Degree in EH&S, Safety, Environmental or similar. Advance Degree Preferred
