Functional analyst SAP

• Analyze and oversee the deployment of software solutions within the framework of extensive, enterprise-level multi-user information systems incorporating SOA (service-oriented architecture) systems.
• Conduct functional analysis within the finance and budgetary execution domain; examining, testing, documenting, and supporting information systems, in close collaboration with business stakeholders, system architects, IT personnel, and support teams.
• Contribute to project management: from planning to defining work plans and deliverables, organizing quality control, managing risks, to change management.
• Model business processes, business rules, and design data object models.
• Ensure the data dictionary remains current.
• Formulate requirements and ensure consolidation in Business Object Models and Business Process Models, thereby ensuring documentation remains up-to-date.
• Ensure artifacts and deliverables adhere to defined guidelines and applicable procedures, and align with the overarching Information System architecture.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, business management including senior management, and experts in budgetary management and accounting.
• Collaborate with technical design teams to ensure information systems implement optimal solutions for business stakeholders.
• Conduct functional testing or collaborate with the testing team to ensure business and functional requirements are properly integrated into the testing stream.
• Promote model-driven development.
• Prepare summaries, statistics, reports, and briefing notes, contributing to strategic documents.
• Provide information and training sessions to users, support teams, and management.

• You have a proven experience in Functional Analysis
• Very good knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira, ...)
• You can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables
• You have strong communication skills and analytical skills
• Experiences in testing and knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (HPQC, NUnit)
• You are capable to think out of the box and maintain in the meantime a pragmatic approach
