We are currently undergoing an exciting phase of transformation and seeking a HR Director to join our team and lead our international HR strategy, ensuring alignment with our global business objectives while respecting local regulations and cultural nuances.The OpportunityAs our new HR Director, you will be instrumental in developing and executing HR strategies across diverse international markets. You will lead a team of regional HR specialists and play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives that enhance our organizational culture and support our business growth. This position reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the Management Team (MT).Key responsibilities
Design and implement international HR policies and programs that align with business needs across various markets.
Lead and mentor a team of regional HR specialists (currently 3-4 people), fostering collaboration and best practices.
Develop and manage international talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent globally.
Create and oversee competitive global compensation and benefits programs compliant with local regulations.
Drive performance management initiatives and succession planning to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Oversee learning and development programs tailored to regional and cultural needs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all operating countries.
Manage employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture across international locations.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within our global operations.
Develop and monitor HR budgets across multiple regions.
ProfileQualifications
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in HR, International Business, or related field preferred
10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in international HR leadership roles
Demonstrated experience managing HR functions across multiple countries and regions
Strong knowledge of employment laws, immigration regulations, and cross-border HR practices
Experience with international compensation structures and benefits administration
Excellent cultural awareness and demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse cultures
Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote and multicultural teams
Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages highly desirable
