Tribe Test Engineer

• Create, implement, and maintain automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality across features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define and understand testing requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Analyze test results and report any defects and issues, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
• Continuously improve testing processes by providing insight and recommendations for best practices.
• Contribute to the development of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Stay updated with emerging testing tools and technologies to enhance our testing capabilities.

• Proven experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar QA role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Experience in both automated and manual testing, with proficiency in testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and participation in agile environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant certifications in testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
