- Day-to-day onboarding, nurturing and winning back customers
- Recruit new traders and dealers from incoming calls or pre-assigned database by the Manager
- Keep a good collaboration and smooth, professional transfer of the highest segment of customers to field sales in line with the conditions and markets defined
- Nurture the business relationships of the existing customers in your portfolio and help them develop and grow their business with us
- Win back customers who stopped working with us understanding the reasons
- Demo on sales solutions for buyers and sellers
- Call Campaigns towards new and existing customers (launch of new solutions, products and services)
- Follow up and report on your responsible territory (market) information which could boost sales and OPENLANE’s market share
- Yearly customer visits for a selected group accompanies by one of the commercial managers
- Fluent in English and Dutch, along with proficiency in French. Any additional language is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a similar role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage and close deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and build relationships with clients
- A positive attitude and a good sense of humor can take you a long way
- You are driven to meet and surpass inspiring sales goals
