Within Digital Boarding team, we are looking for passionate and motivated students to help as shape the future of onboarding journey in payments. You will have a chance to take full ownership of the project. You will start with in-depth user / trend / market research (depending on the topic). Then, using Design Thinking methodology (e.g. futuring / back casting, speculative design techniques to name a few) imagine new digital experiences. To bring your ideas to life, you will be tasked with designing a walkable user journey on Figma. Our goal is to go beyond industry standards and design bold, creative, and innovative new experiences. - Plan and conduct user / trend / market research
- Identify and document user / trend / market needs
- Employ Design Thinking process and techniques to suggest new digital experiences
- Design and prototype (on Figma) user experiences based on research findings
- Critically reflect and challenge excising norms and standards
- Knowledge and passion for user experience, technology and design
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement - curious, flexible, scientific
