Make an impact to be proud of - for food, people, and the planet.You will be based in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager based in Belgium.What you will do
- Preparing and execute preventive maintenance activities for Tetra Pak equipment.
- Problem solving and trouble shooting on cutting edge technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement at the customer site.
- Install and commission Tetra Pak equipment and relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits.
- Communicate ongoing service activities and any issues affecting the customer or service quality to relevant Tetra Pak staff.
- Act as a Tetra Pak ambassador at all times, ensuring strong working relationships with customers and colleagues and representing our values and reputation with integrity.
- Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers, including support and follow-up on concerns and issues.
- Execute all work in compliance with Tetra Pak and customer safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- A technical or engineering background, including mechanical experience and industrial electronics. Experience in automation is a plus.
- Strong hands-on problem-solving skills, with an ability to prioritize and work methodically.
