As a Senior ServiceNow Analyst/Developer, you will play an important role in the maintenance and evolution of the Bank's ServiceNow platform (Enterprise Service Management). Within this infrastructure, which mainly uses the ITSM module, your tasks will involve :Within this infrastructure, your tasks will involve:
Designing/analysing and developing basic to advanced functionalities and applications based on business needs, which you help identify and translate into technical solutions,
Leading the development and maintenance of integrations with other components of the Bank's infrastructure,
Providing expert-level support to users and mentoring junior developers colleagues if needed.
Maintaining and enhancing user-facing tools such as documentation, reports, dashboards, and self-service portals,
Supporting the deployment of the ServiceNow platform across the Bank by identifying new use cases and opportunities for automation,
Ensuring compliance with internal standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
Your profile
You have experience with ServiceNow (IntegrationHub, ITSM, scoped apps)
You have experience with Scripting
