- Managing business trips and personal invitations
- Organizing events such as MIPIM and team buildings
- Entering payments and reconciling visas
- Invoicing for rentals and parking
- Assisting with annual audits and VAT recovery
- Preparing meeting minutes and documents
- Assisting with capital increases and contracts
- Updating company and shareholder lists
- Verifying rents and assisting with reports
- Managing green certificates and property taxes
- Supporting marketing efforts and lease management
- is proficient in Dutch, English and French.
- has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- is proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- has excellent organizational and communication skills.
- is a good multitasker and is stress-resistant.
- can meticulously handle data.

- Regular working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 (38 hours per week).
