Are you passionate about Agile and ready to make an impact in a data-driven environment? We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic squad focused on Retail Customer and Channel insights.What you'll do:
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support the Product Owner in backlog management, Definition of Done (DoD), and tracking progress through capacity and velocity metrics.
Act as the cornerstone of Agile delivery, ensuring the team applies Scrum principles effectively.
Resolve obstacles and protect the team from internal and external distractions.
Coach teams, business lines, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
Take on the role of Feature Delivery Owner, overseeing end-to-end delivery of features aligned with squad objectives and business priorities.
Promote Agile ways of working across the organization and report on Scrum adoption, risks, and issues.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project delivery.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with agile reporting and follow-up tools (Jira, Rally, etc.).
Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD tools is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of a local language is highly appreciated.
