- You will join barrier-free communities within the organization where every employee is equally valued and respected - regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.PosteAs a KAM Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH), you will manage and develop a portfolio of customers, realizing strategic account plans within the sales strategy, in order to ensure the realization of planned business results and long term customer relationship objectives are achieved.Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities and develop own market in close cooperation with the country sales manager
- To set up, coordinate & execute specific account plans for assigned accounts to realize sales and overall customer relationship objectives, both for the short- and long term
- Define and implement strategic account plans. Build sustainable cross layer networks in the defined accounts by both direct engagement and by positioning key stakeholders to the right level in the account
- Prepare offers, set pricing and lead contract negotiations with the respective account(s) and ensure the conclusion of sales contracts
- Coordinate technical service or after sales service activities towards the accountProfilEducation:- You have a Master's Degree or equivalent experience in science/technology or business-related fieldLanguages:- You speak fluently Dutch and English.Knowledge & Experience:- You have strong account management skills at B2B level and have proven experience in the animal feed and/or additives market.
- As a diplomatic and animated speaker, you can provide technical-nutritional advice during technical sales meetings with customers.
- You are also results-oriented, decisive and a real team player.
- As a strong networker, you also develop and use internal relationships within the company.
