The Key Account Manager is responsible for the business development, Joint business plans and negotiations of DANONE BELGIUM at Carrefour, Cactus and Auchan, NS growth and MS growth as per the AOP targets
  • Defining and executing the JTBD per customer per category based on the Brand, Channel and Customer prioritization grids, as per the yearly business cycle
  • Leading Business Reviews & all relevant OneDanone initiatives with each customer
  • Negotiating and executing customer negotiations within mandate, and monitoring performance, including optimal promo plan.
  • Coordinating the activation plans through customer tools with the highest ROI, in close collaboration with other functions (Shopper Mkg, Field, PRGM etc.)
  • Within the GPS process: owning the forecast for your customer/category (from volume to value) including anticipation of risks & opportunities (drivers & levers), proposing actions to course correct and achieve your targets. Using Blue Planner as the backbone of your customer forecast (listings, conditions etc.)
  • Trade Terms & invoice management in TTM in collaboration with Sales Assistant
  • Within OTC process: ensuring first time right and smooth timely cash collection through clear internal & external communication (payment terms, on & off-invoice conditions etc.). Supporting Customer Service and Accounts Receivable teams to solve claims when necessary.
The KAM will be part in these projects:
  • ODCP
  • OPOH with customers
  • Relevant master's degree in economics, marketing, sales or general management and a successful experience in Sales, preferably in fast-moving organizations in key account management.
  • Enthusiastic and open team player, great entrepreneurial and strong negotiation skills
  • Able to analyse and interpret data in order to transform them into insights.
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
  • Creative, resilient and process affine
