Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation for pharmaceutical manufacturing facility including power distribution, control systems, and process instrumentation
Oversee installation of cleanroom electrical systems, process control panels, and automated manufacturing equipment
Coordinate with automation teams to ensure proper integration of E&I systems with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Manage E&I construction teams and subcontractors to deliver systems on schedule while maintaining GMP compliance requirements
Supervise installation of emergency power systems, UPS installations, and backup power solutions
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety directives, and pharma industry standards
Coordinate pre-commissioning activities including system testing, loop checking, and calibration of process instrumentation
Manage quality control processes including inspection, testing, and documentation required for pharmaceutical facility validation

Supervisory experience in electrical and instrumentation construction, preferably within pharma or process manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, safety standards, and pharma industry requirements for electrical and control systems
Experience with pharma manufacturing equipment, process control systems, and cleanroom electrical installations
Understanding of GMP requirements for electrical systems including documentation, testing, and validation protocols
Proven ability to manage construction teams and coordinate complex technical installations in regulated environments
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related technical discipline
Proficiency in English + Dutch and/or French advantageous
