By building something that solves a real problem and being the best at what we do.Your roleAs a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and development of strategic partnerships with our company's key partners. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Alliances to support the execution of partnership initiatives and ensure the success of our partner relationships.Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of partner marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner success and optimize partnership performance.
  • Conduct regular partner performance analysis and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating partner meetings, enablement sessions, training, and events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Experience of a SaaS Partnership Ecosystem would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • You love a start-up environment.
  • Your English is impeccable, and it's a bonus if you master another European language (German/Spanish).
