The client is looking for a Key Account Manager - Out of Home- to join his team in Waals Brabant.As KAM Out of Home, you will have the following responsibilities:
Increase sales revenue through development of specific customer plans including new business development, product presentations, promotional & merchandising programs, trade show plans & overall effective account management
Identify and attract prospective strategic customers, negotiate contracts
Build & maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction rating, according to company standards. Take a proactive approach to account management, investigate and solve issues in a timely & effective
Collect & monitor sales performance
Stay up to date with internal & external developments, suggest & recommend new ways to increase sales
Follow up regularly business metrics, hold quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders (internally/externally) to assess opportunities and threats. Prepare & clearly communicate regular reports and forecasts
Provide internal feedback on customer needs and participate in the development if internal commercial culture"
Liaise & partner with other Departments within and outside Sales
Build strong external network
Out of HOmeKey Account Management
Master's degree in business economic education, marketing or communication (ideally university degree)
6-8 years Sales experience with knowledge of FMCG market and negotiation, selling and communication technics. Career path must include solid & proven experience within a structured sales environment as Account Executive in B to B for at least 3
High level presentation, strong negotiation, leadership, communication and listening skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset, even under pressure
Proven track record of achieving sales growth with large accounts, delivery of results to business plans
Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintain sharp attention to details
Strong financial acumen
