Key Account Manager West-EuropeRole overviewAre you a driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering results? As a key account manager, you will be the trusted partner for our most valued clients, fostering relationships that drive mutual success. Acting as the primary point of contact, you meet with purchasers, VP purchasing, Engineering managers, quality managers, and you are present in quality, delivery, and operations meetings to safeguard customer interests and resolve issues quickly. This way, you build bridges between the customer and internal teams. You will ensure client satisfaction by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. Collaborating closely with our internal teams, you will lead strategic initiatives that create value for both the client and our organization.In the start, you will be the key contact to one of our major customers, within the Team Industries Group and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating quarterly pricelists, for your main Key Accounts, taken into consideration the raw material levels, and labourconditions from the various countries where we are producing parts.Essential qualifications we are expecting to find· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, preferably in a commercial or international setting.· Fluency in English and Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of German or French is a valuable plus.· A proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.· Demonstrated ability to moderate, achieve sales targets through strong analytical insight, persuasive communication, and persistent execution.· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.· Alignment with our core values: expertise, dynamism, perseverance, and integrity.Desired qualifications you can provide· A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as or Mechanical Engineering, electromechanical engineering.· Experience with pricelists, and pricelistmechanisms· Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP systems.
