:PM Group are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Lead / MEP Package Manager to join our data center construction project team in Mons, Belgium. You will be managing packages in excess of Eur200M so only people with large-scale complex projects experience can be considered for this role.PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm. We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners. :The successful candidate will take full ownership of MEP packages from design development through commissioning, ensuring delivery of world-class data centre infrastructure.
Own end-to-end delivery of Eur200Mn+ mechanical packages including HVAC, cooling, and piping systems
Direct MEP design teams and ensure optimal system integration for data centre operations
Manage tier-1 MEP contractors and specialist subcontractors across multiple packages
Oversee package budgets, variations, and commercial negotiations with suppliers
Ensure seamless integration between mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
Implement rigorous quality standards for mission-critical data centre infrastructure
Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks across MEP packages
Lead commissioning activities and performance testing of all mechanical systems
:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
Minimum 12+ years managing large-scale MEP packages (£100Mn+ value)
Proven track record delivering hyperscale data centre projects
Experience managing multiple concurrent MEP packages and contractors
Deep understanding of data centre cooling systems, power distribution, and BMS
Strong commercial and contract management experience
Fluent English essential; Dutch/French beneficial
Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary technical teams
Knowledge of data centre design guidelines and standards
