We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Application Owner for our Oracle APEX applications, a newly created role that consolidates multiple IT functions into one critical local position.This role ensures local ownership of Oracle APEX and supports broader IT operations across our Belgian sites.Application OwnershipServe as the local owner for Oracle APEX applications (Belgium-only scope).Ensure stability, usability, and enhancement of APEX systems as per local business needs.IT CoordinationOversee onboarding/offboarding processes, hardware management (laptops, scanners, printers), account creation, and access controls.Project & Change SupportParticipate in and support local IT and hardware-related projects (e.g., laptop rollouts).Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new systems.Stakeholder CommunicationRepresent IT in union and staff meetings to explain new systems and digital changes.Act as a communication bridge between local sites and the global IT team.Technical Hands-on SupportProvide first-level support for local hardware issues in collaboration with outsourced helpdesk teams (India).Ensure timely and efficient problem resolution for IT tools and infrastructure.Broad skills to developSmall sized team3-5 years of experience in IT application management, system coordination, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX or willingness to specialize in it (training can be provided).Knowledge of Java is a plus.Proven ability to manage IT hardware and user support tasks. * You are fluent in Dutch & English, you can understand FrenchWe support both white- and blue-collar operations in a dynamic and fast-paced logistics and transport environment.This is a unique opportunity to shape a new role in a growing and evolving organization.
