Function descriptionWe are looking for a motivated Operator & Finisher (2-shift system) - Region WaregemIn this role, you will be responsible for suspending metal parts on hooks for the coating line and removing them after the coating process. This is a physically demanding position within a two-shift system. It is well-suited for individuals who take pride in manual work and are interested in developing their skills with the opportunity to grow into a coater/painter role.Requirements Requirements:You are at least 1.70?m tall (due to the height of the hanging system).You are not color blind (to ensure proper color control of coated parts).You are not afraid of physical work and manual labour.You enjoy working in a team and in a 2-shift system.
