You will be responsible for driving the entire corporate real estate and facility services strategy, ensuring that workplaces across the country are not only efficient but also inspiring environments that enhance employee and customer experiences. You will lead a specialized center of expertise, oversee outsourced service providers, and secure measurable improvements in sustainability, operational costs, risk management, and overall workplace quality.
  • Define and execute a multi-year CRE & FM strategy aligned to business goals and group policies
  • Chair the Centre of Expertise; lead four managers and ~35 specialists
  • Govern a managing-agent/vendor ecosystem: SLAs, KPIs, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with executive leadership and core functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Risk, OIR)
  • Own full budget (staff, CAPEX, OPEX); optimise TCO and lifecycle value
  • Steer a national portfolio (~250,000 m²; ~250 sites): workplace strategy, asset & energy management, lifecycle maintenance, transactions, ESG
  • Elevate employee and customer experience via human-centric, flexible and sustainable environments
  • Build a high-performing, multidisciplinary culture focused on innovation and operational excellence

  • Inspirational, resilient people leader with a partnership mindset
  • Proven senior leadership track record and stakeholder influence at C-suite level
  • Master's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Background in Corporate Real Estate and/or Facility Services; strategic sourcing/vendor management a plus
  • Strong communication; fluent in French or Dutch and English
  • Able to shape team culture and thrive amid change and complexity
