As a Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, combining hands-on business development with the leadership responsibilities of team management. You'll build a strong network within the IT staffing industry, develop long-term client relationships, manage your own consultant portfolio, and lead a team of Business Managers toward achieving their commercial goals.
You act as both a trusted partner to clients and a team leader internally, driving performance, strategy, and execution.Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell DiCE's portfolio of services
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities
- Own and manage a personal portfolio of consultants and associated P&L
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Meet regularly with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Source, screen, and match candidates to client requirements
- Negotiate terms of business and candidate offers
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Managers to achieve their KPIs
- Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Monitor and manage the full commercial pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure
- Provide ongoing training, support, and development to the sales team
- Analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews
- Contribute actively to DiCE's go-to-market and talent engagement strategy
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development or IT staffing/sales
- Initial experience in managing a sales team or sales process
- Strong background in the IT services or tech recruitment sector
- Fluent in French/Dutch and English
- Proven ability to lead by example, inspire teams, and drive performance
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills

- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
