You will support daily process engineering activities in both 200mm/300mm cleanrooms in close
collaboration with Hardware, Operations and Integration teams. * Being and acting as a dry etch and strip tool owner focusing on safety, quality, cycle time, cost andsustainability. * You contribute to the process stability, process improvements, problem prevention and for theintroduction of new processes. * You will troubleshoot issues, focus on root cause analysis and long-term solutions by applying standardmethodologies (8D, FMEA…) * Thinking ahead and participating in the definition of the Fab Engineering roadmap
You are willing to work in an early-late regime with one weekend out of four.

You obtained a master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or equal by experience and
display strong engineering skills and mindset. * Ideally you have5 years of experience in process engineering. Young graduates are encouraged to apply. * You like to take ownership, you are well organized, with a good attention to detail and you set highstandards for quality. * As you will work in cross functional teams, strong communication and reporting skills are required. Youare a team player with a strong drive to share your experience and knowledge with colleagues. You strive to document and report your work to highest quality standards. * You are able to adapt to changing priorities.
You have a methodical and insightful approach to problem diagnosis and resolution.
Given the international character of imec, fluency in English is a must.
