This role is responsible for managing the development, enhancement, and performance of investments products ensuring alignment with market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Development: Define and execute the roadmap, ensuring competitive positioning and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance, pricing, and structuring of portfolio ensuring optimal returns and risk management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure offering complies with relevant legal, tax, and financial regulations, working closely with compliance teams.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management within banking, wealth management or asset management.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial markets and retail investment sales environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in product development and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and performance analysis.
- Ability to drive innovation and adapt to market trends.
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
