PositionWe are seeking a motivated person to take on responsibilities in both Human Resources (HR) and Office Management. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to key administrative and HR functions, with potential for growth and professional development over time.The successful candidate will be part of our Administration Department and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing in Belgium, with oversight responsibilities for the Netherlands and Germany
Independently calculate and structure full remuneration packages (including benefits in kind), and draft compliant employment offers and contracts with minimal external support
Monitor and apply relevant labour, tax, and social security regulations; liaise with social authorities and ensure timely reporting
Manage employee lifecycle events such as absences, overtime, relocations, and hybrid work arrangements in line with internal policies and national legislation
Provide timely, professional HR support to staff and managers, communicating clearly in English, Dutch, and occasionally French
Handle complex HR queries and sensitive employee cases with discretion, empathy, and legal awareness
Lead or support the digitisation and automation of recurring HR and administrative processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organisation
Support internal audits and compliance checks by maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of Belgian labour law, payroll, and social security systems, with working familiarity in Dutch and German regulatory contexts
At least 7 years of professional experience
Proven ability to structure and validate compensation packages, including salary, benefits in kind, and insurance, with minimal external support
Skilled in drafting compliant employment contracts and HR documentation
Proficient in payroll platforms, HRIS tools, and Microsoft Office; confident in supporting digitalisation and automation of HR processes
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; professional proficiency in French is an asset
High level of discretion, accuracy, and sound judgment in managing sensitive HR matters
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and contribute as a trusted HR advisor in a dynamic, technical environment.
