We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex industrial shutdown and maintenance projects.Freelance Maintenance Project ManagerPlan, monitor, and adjust integrated shutdown schedules including execution projects and maintenance activities.Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring alignment across disciplines.Oversee preparation of installation drawings, specifications, and documentation for commissioning and final acceptance.Implement and monitor contractor management plans, ensuring safe and efficient site coordination.Report regularly to management and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.Environment-friendly sector 6 months mission with possible extensionFreelance Maintenance Project ManagerMaster's degree in engineering (mechanical, electromechanical, industrial, or equivalent through experience).Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex industrial projects and/or shutdowns.Proven ability to coordinate multiple contractors simultaneously in an industrial setting.Solid knowledge of HSE guidelines and contractor safety management.Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.Our client is a public-sector organization in the Antwerp region active in industrial operations and waste management.Freelance missionDuration: 6 monthsFull time
