As the Executive Management Assistant, you'll manage all administration & communication tasks of the Executive Management Team (5 p.).You will:

Make all travel arrangements from A-Z + deliver detailed travel plans
Prepare & organize the meetings and workshops (communications, make & coordinate planning/timeschedule)
Assist those meetings for logistics & to take the key takeaways (memos, ensure timing, prepare documents/presentations)
Do general agenda management of the managers (align them for meetings, travels,...)

Be the main Assistant to the Executive Management team |Polyvalent function where you can take on responsability

An elaborated & professional level in English is a must
French &/or Dutch is a plus
You have min. 3 years of administrative experience (e.g. as Mangement assitant, Office manager, Executive Assistant, etc.)
You love to organize, be proactive, and coordinate time schedules
You are structured, and have an eye for detail
You have a clear & good communication
You like to be flexible and adapt yourself to occuring situations (find solutions)
