You hold a master's degree in a technical field.
Experience in the metal industry is a plus.
You have experience in leading and motivating a team.
You possess strong analytical skills and a critical mindset, while maintaining a helicopter view to tackle complex challenges in a solution-oriented way.
You have a hands-on mentality: you take initiative and take responsibility.
You are strong in planning and organizing.
You speak fluent Dutch, and can communicate effectively with both French- and English-speaking colleagues.
