• Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for clarity and visual storytelling?

• Write clear, concise user documentation for our display hardware and software applications (user guides, installation manuals, service instructions, in-product help).
• Design high-quality, self-explanatory product illustrations to enhance user understanding.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Service teams to gather and simplify complex technical information.
• Test and refine documentation and products for clarity, accuracy, and usability.
• Create box artwork and product labels that are visually aligned and regulatory-compliant.
• Support the completion of technical files to meet compliance standards.
• Coordinate translations to support our global customer base.

• You have a technical background or a strong curiosity for how things work.
• You're an excellent communicator with a talent for simplifying complex information.
• You're fluent in English with strong writing and editing skills.
• You have experience with graphic tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Experience with hardware/software documentation.
• Proficiency in vector illustration and image editing.
• Familiarity with structured authoring or component content management systems (CCMS).
