You act as the main point of contact for existing customers.
You carefully analyze their technical questions to provide the most suitable solution. You quickly determine which solution is needed or, if necessary, provide a temporary solution.
You determine how many service engineers are needed on-site, estimate the required working hours, and identify the necessary materials.
Occasionally, you visit the customer yourself and go over the inspection report from our service engineers with the customer.
As a part of the After Sales department, you are involved in ongoing projects, particularly during the start-up phase of new installations, where you help ensure a high-quality launch.
You work closely with the service engineers, help to manage their schedules, and coordinate inspections, maintenance, and interventions.
Your profile
You obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field.
Do you look back on several years of relevant experience? Great asset!
You have strong analytical skills and can quickly come up with solutions to any problem.
You have a great passion for technology and an affinity with a technical environment.
You are customer-oriented and communicative: you can explain technical matters in a clear and understandable way.
Problem-solving thinking is one of your greatest strengths: you always find the right fix for technical issues.
At the same time, you work with precision and have strong organizational skills that allow you to maintain an overview.
