- Successfully manage the coordination of international tenders and RFP responses, together with the International New Business Development Manager and local counterparts.
- Structuring and coordinating complex cross-border requests, issues, etc.
- Collect, analyze and produce high level international customer reporting.
- Offer overall administrative support for the International Commerce team with Business Planning, KPI metrics, conversion analyses etc.
- Work closely together with the customer and key-contacts in the countries to onboard International Customers.
- Work in close communication with: international NBD's, relevant local staff, international AM's.
- Continuously grow knowhow in a fast moving and complex business environment.
- Ad hoc project management.
- a Bachelor's Degree of (commercial/economical/financial education/…) or equivalent through experience.
- advanced knowledge of all common MS Office tools, high level of Excel.
- fluent in English (written, spoken and presentation) with other European languages as an advantage.
- any experience with a common ERP/CRM package is a plus.
- prepared to travel sporadically.

- gross yearly salary up to €60.453,- (including holiday allowance and 13th month).
