As an HR Trainee, you will gain unique insight into the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department within an international hotel environment. You will support both administrative processes and people-focused initiatives. In this role, you'll be given responsibility, room to take initiative, and the chance to contribute directly to a professional and warm HR policy.What will you do?
Help develop recognition procedures for onboarding, crossboarding, offboarding, birthdays, and other milestones
Organize welcome days and assist with other initiatives that highlight our team members
Prepare documents related to recruitment and onboarding
Support the creation of training plans per role and help design internal development tracks
Assist with communication to team members and external partners
Help optimize HR administration by organizing templates, processes, and policies
Contribute to HR projects focused on well-being, employer branding, and internal communication
Who are we looking for?
You are currently studying Hotel Management, Human Resources Management, Office Management, or a related field
You are detail-oriented, discreet, and have a positive attitude
You enjoy working both independently and in a team
You speak fluent Dutch and English
You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and guest-oriented
You are proactive and take initiative
You are digitally creative and innovative (e.g., Canva, Kahoot, etc.)
