ResponsibilitiesIn a dynamic and evolving IT environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the organization's infrastructure. Your key responsibilities include:
Administering and securing physical, virtual, and hybrid systems and networks
Managing level 2 and 3 technical and security incidents
Deploying and maintaining security solutions such as firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, encryption, WAF, etc.
Managing Windows Server and Linux environments, as well as databases including MariaDB, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
Administering network equipment (Cisco, Checkpoint), Wi-Fi infrastructure, routing, DHCP/DNS services, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365
Monitoring infrastructure using tools like Zabbix, Intune, WSUS, and Microsoft Defender
Performing backups, restorations, and business continuity tests (BCP/DRP) using Veeam, NAS, and PowerShell/Bash scripts
Implementing hardening policies, auditing configurations, and maintaining technical documentation
Educating users on security best practices and digital tools
Contributing to technology watch, vulnerability management, and system updates
Required Technical SkillsYou have strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, VMware ESX, Hyper-V, and Nutanix. You are experienced in cybersecurity (Trend Micro, Kaspersky, Defender, IDS/IPS, SIEM), networking (VLAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, 802.1x, NPS, advanced routing), and hybrid infrastructures (Azure AD, cloud/on-prem backup and restoration, hardening, cryptography, PKI).You are also proficient with DevOps and automation tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes), scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python), and monitoring tools (Zabbix, WSUS, Intune, Defender, BCP/DRP).ProfileYou are autonomous, organized, and methodical.
