Together, we make the difference!What you'll doAs a Software Support Engineer, you analyze software-related questions from our users worldwide and quickly and efficiently find a solution.
  • You contribute to the projects of the systems group and assist the Technical Support Engineers with software installations.
  • You collaborate with our first-line service desk and with our developers.
  • Occasionally, you also provide training sessions for end users.
What do you need?You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science and have at least 4 years of experience in a support role. You are communicative, fluent in Dutch and English, and have an affinity with business processes.
