Squad: OutsourcingThe Outsourcing Squad, part of SPVM Tribe, is responsible for:Sourcing & Procurement activities:- defining category sourcing plans and outsourcing strategy- collecting & planning demand, and executing new outsourcing initiatives (RFx)- negotiating new outsourcing contractsVendor Management activities:- managing outsourcing contracts lifecycle- managing strategic relationships with outsourcing vendors, using a strong governance model- monitoring vendor's performance and contribution to Euroclear strategy- managing third-party risks and compliance with regulatory requirementsIt is a multi-cultural squad, with diversified background spanning across IT delivery, infrastructure & security, sourcing, purchasing and vendor management.Your RoleThe SPVM Outsourcing Squad is looking for a Senior Vendor Relationship and Performance Manager. Your primary focus will be to ensure effective relationship, performance, contracts and risk management of a strategic supplier. You will also act as a contributor to sourcing strategy and initiatives, bringing insights and helping to shape contract structure & KPIs for new initiatives.you will:
  • manage relationship, contracts and performance of strategic outsourcing partner(s)
  • ensure services delivered by the outsourcing partner(s) are fit-for-purpose, high- quality, cost effective ('value for money'), and low risk
  • build reporting (scorecards, KPIs, audit readiness...) and manage steering committees with senior external and internal stakeholders
  • maintain partners' operating models compliant to required regulatory evolutions
  • support Sourcing team during RFx by sharing operational insights, recommending governance and key performance indicators, supporting transition and onboarding planning (where your supplier is involved)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of vendors management practices in a highly regulated and evolving domain
Qualifications:You have
  • 8+ years of experience in IT services Outsourcing, Vendor Management, Procurement or IT Service Management, in a cross-cultural environment
  • proven track record in managing vendors' contracts and performance (SLA/KPIs)
  • relevant experience with Agile operating models and Agile KPIs frameworks
  • deep understanding of governance frameworks and third-party risk controls
  • experience contributing to sourcing or RFP processes, particularly from an operational readiness angle
  • solid track record in negotiations around outsourcing services
  • strong stakeholder management & communication skills
  • ability to interact with C-level
  • problem solving skills and make-things-happen mindset
  • collaborative spirit & positive mindset
  • analytical and critical thinking skills to analyse complex problems, come up with practical solutions and implement projects
  • a flexible attitude and ability to manage changes, in a transforming & demanding environment
  • ability to act autonomously, in a self-organised & timely manner, reassessing priorities when required
  • a consulting mindset, to act as a trusted advisor
  • excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Good to have:
  • knowledge of post-trade market infrastructures (e.g., CSD)
  • technical skills that allow to continuously improve our processes is a plus (eg: Excel expertise, PowerBI…)
