Device installations and configurations.
Applying of regular security updates.
Ensuring of systems availability.
Maintain the device monitoring and alerting solution.
Device issue troubleshooting.
Be part of IT projects.
Investigate and propose improvements.
Maintain documentation.
In addition will you manage the software deployment systems in the Microsoft SCCM and Intune environments.You will:
Create and deploy software application packages.
Build and deploy operating system images to client devices using custom task sequences. Manage device drivers.
Maintain documentation.
Work together with regional IT staff to solve issues with software and OS deployments.
Stay up to date with latest SCCM and Intune features including best practices.
Identify improvements and create action plan, timeline and required resources proposals accordingly for our management decision process.
We require:
Minimum bachelor degree in the IT domain.
Minimum 3 years experience with Active Directory and Microsoft OS versions Windows 10 and higher + Windows server 2016 and higher.
Minimum 3 years experience with network support. Protocols and hardware.
Minimum 3 years experience with SCCM and Intune solutions management.
Critical thinking and a troubleshooting mindset
Strong communication skills with ability to present key findings to management.
Fluency in English.
3 years experience with ITIL Change management is a plus.
3 years of server and backup solutions management is a plus.
