
Inside Sales Representative

- You ensure coordination between European customers and the U.S. headquarters.
- You act as a key point of contact for European B2B customers.
- You ensure the smooth running of existing activities and contribute to the development of future business with both current and new customers.
- You handle a wide range of tasks, from order entry and inventory management to preparing commercial offers, solving problems, logistics, and, to some extent, technical support.
- You facilitate product sales and support commercial efforts, including informing prospective customers about new product launches.
- You work closely with sales representatives to support the achievement of sales opportunities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- At least 4 to 5 years of proven experience in an Inside Sales Representative or customer relations role.
- Excellent command of English. French and/or German are assets.
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is a plus.
- Strong interest in customer satisfaction and sales support.
- Results-oriented, able to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
- Skilled at multitasking, setting priorities, and managing time effectively.
- Highly motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Strong learning abilities.
