ZF is looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join our Engineering team within the SCALAR group. With our innovative product portfolio, ZF is revolutionizing the transportation industry by enabling safer, more efficient, and environmentally friendly travel.As a Backend Engineer, you will help us build the next generation of SaaS products. The team owns a full stack service. It's a low-code, no-code solution which enables our customers to seamlessly integrate Fleet management systems in supply chain processes. We want to deliver a delightful experience, yet secure and reliable, ensuring that every aspect of our service meets and exceeds expectations.Your tasks:
You will build with the product team, from proof of concept to production, cutting edge digital solutions for transporting companies, trailer manufacturers and renters.
You ensure continuous improvement in developing, maintaining & enhancing applications.
You design and develop robust, high-quality, sustainable code.
You engage with software development methodologies such as Scrum/ Kanban to collaborate, deliver and report during the sprint.
Your profile:
You have a computer science degree or equivalent.
You have 2+ years' experience of C# .NET in an agile environment.
You are passionate about technology with an understanding of cloud hosting technologies and architecture (AWS knowledge is a plus).
You have experience with REST APIs and microservices, OOO principles, TDD, and knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases, and have previous experience working with GIT.
You have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills (in English).
