As our Bartender, you'll be the face behind the bar, crafting high-quality beverages and delivering warm, attentive service with style.Your responsibilities:Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferencesMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked barEngage with guests in a friendly and professional mannerUpsell beverages and suggest pairings to enhance the dining experienceEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol regulationsCollaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams for smooth serviceMonitor inventory and assist with orders when neededQualificationsProven experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant or cocktail bar is a plusStrong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar techniquesPassion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiencesPositive attitude, team player and excellent communication skillsAble to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsFluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plusBarista skills or wine knowledge are nice to have
